أعلن وزير خارجية ليتوانيا أن سفارة بلاده في كييف تضررت جراء سقوط صواريخ في مكان قريب. وادعت وزارة الدفاع الروسية أنها شنت "ضربة واسعة" ضد منشآت صناعية عسكرية ومراكز لوجستية في العاصمة.
روت سيدة تبلغ 64 عاماً كانت تحتمي في قبو أنها استيقظت على دوي انفجارات عنيفة عند الساعة 1:30 فجراً، وأن باباً اقتلع من مفصلاته وأصابها. وقالت إن الهجمات صارت شبه يومية وإن الوضع أصبح لا يطاق نفسياً.
