Ukrainian drone attacks on the Moscow region killed five people and injured at least 10, according to regional governor Andrei Vorobyov. He reported that several fires broke out in the industrial zone of Novoselki after the strike. A Wildberries warehouse in the Leningrad region was also hit, causing a fire, with one person reported injured, said governor Aleksandr Drozdenko.
In Ukraine, Russian guided aerial bombs killed three people in Sumy, including two girls aged 5 and 10, regional military administration head Oleh Hryhorov said. Six bombs hit civilian infrastructure in the city. In Mykolaiv, an 89-year-old woman was killed and seven others, including children, were injured in an overnight drone attack, according to Mykolaiv regional head Heorhiy Reshetilov.
Additional casualties were reported: a 52-year-old man was injured in Kherson, two people were wounded in Odesa region, and one person was killed with seven injured in Kharkiv region over the past 24 hours, according to regional officials. The Russian defense ministry said it shot down 320 Ukrainian drones overnight.
In Crimea, a Russian soldier shot and killed one fellow soldier and three civilians in Sevastopol before being detained, Russian-installed official Mikhail Razvozhaiev said.
